Most of us know how to lose weight and how to gain weight. We are frequently doing one or the other, lol. The trouble is, many of us spend very little time just being slim, so we are not quite sure of the "rules". How do slim people stay slim?
If you observe slim people you would probably notice they do or don’t do many of the following things. So, as you plan to be slim for the rest of your life, why not start practising now?
Slim people eat when they are hungry �?if they are very hungry they may eat quite a lot, but they don’t eat a lot all of the time.
Slim people don’t eat very quickly. They savour their food and enjoy the taste. They frequently leave food on the plate, because when they’ve had enough, they stop!
Slim people don’t constantly think about food �?there are so many much more interesting and exciting things to think about and do.
Slim people don’t have an "I’ve paid for it, so I’m going to eat it!" attitude. They go for quality rather than quantity �?so they get their money’s worth without the extra calories (not that they even think about calories!).
Slim people eat all types of food. There’s no need to have a huge portion of anything because they can always have another bit another time.
Slim people never think about starting a diet tomorrow �?so they never indulge in "last suppers".
