Slimmer and fitter
Your weight on the scales is a good indication of your progress, but it is by no means the only measure of your success. If you have a blip on the scales it’s important to note how far you have progressed.
After all, although your weight is an important guideline, isn’t your real aim to be slimmer and fitter?
Good idea
Keep a note of your measurement, say, every couple of weeks or once a month
Belt up! Buy yourself a belt. If you can’t yet get it done up, your challenge is to get it to the first hole. If you can do it up, your challenge is the next hole down.
As you lose weight you might also notice that rings are getting looser, and you might even need a smaller size in shoes, or that it easier to zip up those boots. How much further are you now able to walk without getting out of breath?
Have other people started to notice? Keep going and you'll get to target and feel the benefits.
Happy slimming,
hugs
