Believe it or not, the way to lose weight and save money is actually to fill your trolley with healthier, more natural foods.  If you want to buy a ready-meal then buy fresh and natural brands, these are lower in calories and are often cheaper.  By making these choices when you do your weekly shop, over time you'll see that healthy eating means easy weight loss.

Poundstretcher Tips

Buy brown bread, pasta and rice, rich in B vitamins to boost your metabolism and aid weight loss.
Buy oat-based breakfast cereals - slow release carbs keep you feeling full for longer.
Buy lots of green veg - high in minerals and fibre to keep you calm and feeling full.
Buy free-range chicken, ocean fish and organic eggs;  reduces exposure to chemicals and hormones to detoxify your body reducing bloating and puffiness.
Buy natural low-fat probiotic yoghurt and frozen fruits - high in protein, good gut bacteria and antioxidents to improve blood sugar balance and reduce cravings.
Snack on seeds or nut and seed bars; rich in omega fats, so good for healthy skin.  Or organic fruit: high in fibre and naturally sweet, to help you avoid choccy snacks.
Fruit or herbal teas will keep you hydrated and stop you over-eating.
