Serves 2 150 Calories 4 gr fat
20g/2/3oz porridge oats
1 dspn granulated sweetener or to taste
200g/7oz low-fat Greek yoghurt
50g/1¾oz ready-to-eat prunes, chopped
1. Put the oats in a small non-stick pan and cook over medium hear, stirring frequently, until toasted - take care not to let them burn!
2. Stir the sweetener into the yoghurt
3. Stir the chopped prunes and toasted oats into the yoghurt
4. Divide the mixture between 2 small ramekins or dishes.
Idea for breakfast, dessert or snack.
