5 oz skinless chicken breast (chopped)
5 mushrooms, sliced
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 a courgette (zucchini)
150g cooked pasta shapes
160g jar Dolmio Original Light sauce
35g half fat Cheddar cheese
Cooking oil spray
This recipe can easily be increased to feed as many as necessary.
1. Spray a pan with cooking oil and cook chopped chicken until browned.
2. Add mushrooms, onion and courgette and cook for another 5 mins.
3. In an ovenproof dish, mix together the cooked pasta shapes, the chicken and vegetables and the Dolmio sauce. Sprinkle with chese and bake in moderate oven, Gas mark 5 / 190c / fan oven 170c for 30 minutes.
