4 tsps apricot jam
1 tsp honey
1 tsp French mustard
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 garlic clove, mashed to a paste
2 x 175g (6 oz) lamb leg steaks.
Mix all ingredients except lamb. Place steaks on rack 2-5 ins from heat depending on thickness. (thinner steaks should be closer to heat)
Grill 1-2 mins brush steaks with half the apricot mixture and grill 5-7 mins longer. Turn steaks over and grill 1-2 mins. Brush with remaining mixture and grill 5-7 mins longer until or until done to taste.
