- 1/2 portion Mango(s), peeled and chopped
- 4 tablespoon natural low-fat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, 2-3 drops
- 200 ml skimmed milk, and a couple of ice cubes (optional)
Instructions - Reserve 1 strawberry and a slice of mango for decoration. Put the rest of the strawberries, mango, yogurt, vanilla essence and milk into a blender and process for 15-20 seconds, until smooth. If you prefer, use a stick blender.
- Pour into a glass, adding a couple of ice cubes, if you like. Serve immediately.
Notes - To make this smoothie more filling, slice in a small banana before
