This is one of Ann's recipes that I saw on another site we belong to. Hope she doesn't mind me sharing it with you.
Butternut Squash and Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
frylight
1 butternut squash chopped into cubes
1 large head of broccoli chopped into florets
1 onion chopped
2 cloves of garlic (or 2 tsp of Schwartz squeezy garlic)
3 Oxo veggie stock cubes made up to 600mls stock.
1 tsp coarse ground back pepper
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
fresh parsley to garnish
Instructions
Fry the garlic, onion and squash in frylight for 5 minutes until going soft.
Add the stock, herbs and pepper and simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the broccoli and simmer for 5 more minutes.
Whizz in a blender until smooth, add more stock if you need to, to get desired consistency
