Whether you're trying to lose weight or improve your diet, the choice you make at the supermarket can make a difference.
When you reach the check-out, the contents of your trolley should reflect the chart on Healthy Eating Habits, with plenty of fruit, vegetables and starchy foods, and moderate amounts of lean meat and pounltry, fish and dairy products.
If you buy ready-meals, sauces and other manufactured foods, remember that these can be high in faty, salt and sugar, so always check the labels.
