- 1 medium red green or yellow pepper(s), de-seeded and cubed
- 1 medium carrot(s), peeled and diced
- 200 g mushrooms, sliced thickly
- 450 g Chilli Sauce
- 1 large can cooked kidney beans
Instructions - Spray a non-stick frying-pan with cooking spray and stir-fry the pepper, carrot and mushrooms for 5 minutes.
- Add the chilli sauce, cover tightly and simmer gently for 15 minutes.
- Add the beans and cook for a further 5 minutes.
