SERVES 1 CALS 300 3 POINTS
2 Tomatoes (2 oz each)
1 oz Wholemeal breadcrumbs
8 oz Baked beans in tomato sauce
1/2 oz Edam or l/f cheese, grated
Slice tomatoes and place in a small gratin dish.
Spoon over baked beans
Mix breadcrumbs with cheese and sprinkle over beans.
Grill until crisp and bubbly.
An excellent vegetarian dish.
