I think it's best you do what's going to work for you Eileen. If weighing every other week, or even each month will take the pressure off then go for it. Myself I would find it all too easy to have a little bit extra on week 1 knowing I had longer to get it back off - I have no self discipline! Good luck. Love Phil x |
