Well, I've been walking every day or every other day, just here at the house, noah was suppose to walk with me, but he kinda puttered out on me, so dd has started walking with or without me.. we just got done doing 10 laps, we're starting slow & going to work our way up to 30 minutes.. I can do 10 laps in 15 minutes, even with my knee outta whack.. so, thinking if it doesn't rain, I'll do another 15 after I get the dishes washed,
Sunday I walked over an hour, so I got quite a good little work out.
I can walk now & my legs don't itch me to death..I've always been told that is the circulation in your legs moving real good from the walking.. so what do you all think is that true or not???
