I rejoined a slimming class as I have put on over 7lb since December...I deserve it as I have really over ate!

So far this week have done 2 sessions at the gym and a 25 length swim :)

Well, I've been walking every day or every other day, just here at the house, noah was suppose to walk with me, but he kinda puttered out on me, so dd has started walking with or without me.. we just got done doing 10 laps, we're starting slow & going to work our way up to 30 minutes.. I can do 10 laps in 15 minutes, even with my knee outta whack.. so, thinking if it doesn't rain, I'll do another 15 after I get the dishes washed,
 
Sunday I walked over an hour,  so I got quite a good little work out.
 
I can walk now & my legs don't itch me to death..I've always been told that is the circulation in your legs moving real good from the walking.. so what do you all think is that true or not???

I've never heard of legs itching when exercising because of good circulation.  My dd is a sports and fitness major in college.and an exercise freak. (I say that lovingly)...she runs about 3 miles every couple days..never heard her complain about itching legs. Burning muscles yes, itching no.
 
I'm trying to add things in little by little..I want to add atleast 15 minutes of activity a day (walking, exercise...playing Wii games-quite a workout..lol)  And add 1 more helping of fruit and/or veggie a day to my menus. Once that becomes a habit...I'll increase it.  Now that its getting nice out, I'll hopefully be outside more getting fresh air and sunshine.
