PEACE: 1. In a state of tranquillity; serene:
2. Free from strife

What are some ways that you bring peace in your relationships?
How do you create a peaceful atmosphere?
This category includes your spiritual life.

"Peace be within thy walls, [and] prosperity within thy palaces." - Psalms 122:7

For peaceful relationships:
1. Maintain routine & accountability
2. Keep a calendar on the wall & small pocket calendar in my purse
3. I use post it notes to give me daily reminders for important things
4. I try to think positive, speak positive, avoid arguments
5. Maintain family time
6. Eat at the dinner table as a family
7. Lay out clothes, shoes, anything needed for the next day for ease
8. Offer good deeds & complete them as given to me

For a peaceful atmosphere:
1. Pray aloud & ask God to bless my home
2. Read the bible and instill Godly values in my children
3. Pray for my non-believing husband without preaching to him
4. Keep a clean home/light some candles & thank God for my blessings
5. I would like to go back to church

some things for PEACE for myself~
  • get completely out of debt as this is like a dark cloud hanging over my head that at times (causes me & dh to knock heads) NO PEACE in that..
  • pray more
  • start reading my Bible~ I use to read it EVERY day or EVERY night right before bed.. I have for some reason gotten out of that habit..NOT A GOOD THING~
  • quit missing so much church~I have been such a slacker this past year~ just letting little or BIG things keeping me from getting up & going ( I used to NEVER do this)
  • taking time for me, pampering missions, a nap, exercise or just watching a tv show that I enjoy, something to relax

PEACE in the home~ if the above are done, the list below works better as well

  • try to work on a routine w/ my job, family, daily activities, etc.
  • Bills~ start doing the calender first of the month w/ bills that need to be paid, appointments, work schedules,  things going on at school, etc.
  • Not argue w/ dh, I keep telling him that is wasting my time & his
  • since I got my new din. room table, we need to eat at it daily
  • have noah get school clothes, things needed ready the night before & if I am leaving to clean Karen's house, do the same for me

The best tip I have is to have a "No Problem" attitude!  Hard sometimes, but worth doing!
