I thought it would be Suzie, after what she said to Corrine.  Was it just because he was eating too much food, or was the guy getting on everyones last nerve? When they go to TC this season I don't have a clue who is going for sure.

He was on their nerves.  And with Marcus and Randy to handle the physical load and Charlie and Corinne to handle the puzzle-y stuff, Dan was expendable.
 
And he ate to frickin much.  And anyone that insecure would drive me crazy out there.  like I don't have enough on my mind that I have to worry about making sure YOU feel good about yourself.

Excellent!   I forgot (amazing, but true) to watch the show last night and glad to read here that Dan is gone. 
I was gonna predict that last week, but didn't wanna jinx it. ;-)

I think they were trying to flush the idol in case Dan had it. 
 
They wanted Dan and Suzie gone so the way it worked if Dan did have the idol and presented it then Suzie would have gone.  As it turned out Dan did not have the idol of course.
