Charlie,
It may be less expesive to drain and refill. If that is not possible then the best option would be to collect a 1 quart sample in a clean container and take it to your nearest pool store. They will normally test the water and recommend the right type and amount of chemicals that you will need for free. Then charge you for the chemicals...lol.  I had an algae bloom in my pool this spring and it was at the break even point on the cost of chemicals or draining and refilling, but I had to factor in the time to drain 25,000 gallons.

The letter "E".

Actually, oxygen is not toxic... You'll get high from pure oxygen, but it shouldn't kill you.

However, Sodium is toxic to humans, and chlorine also is... But Salt <Sodium Chloride> is required for human life.

Paul Harvey RIDDLE:

When asked this riddle, 80% of kindergarten kids got the answer, compared to 17% of Stanford University seniors.

What is greater than God, more evil than the devil, the poor have it, the rich need it, and if you eat it, you'll die?

Q:What is greater than God, more evil than the devil, the poor have it, the rich need it, and if you eat it, you'll die?

A:NOTHING

Nothing is greater than God, nothing is more evil than the devil, the poor have nothing and the rich need nothing, and if you eat nothing you will die.
