It was announced that each team will be voting someone off.  This brings up a bunch of scenarios.  Does that mean that they won't even have an immunity challange?  Will both teams go to Tribal together?  Will they merge that night or the next Thursday?
So many questions.  I'm surprised they are doing this because of the week later start and two hour premiere which caught them up..this will put them ahead of schedule so we will probably get the dreaded recap episode.

As per one of the CBS teasers for next week:

  • A nail-biting challenge ensues when the tribes learn that they'll be battling for individual immunity and will both vote out one of their own at two separate Tribal Councils.

So, does that mean each team will have one person from the challange that will get individual immunity?  That's how I read it.  Interesting twist and I think I like it.

Jonesy,

I would say that yes, one person from each tribe will have immunity.  Which could easily explain why the preview for the next episode show so many names mentioned as the vote.

For instance...we saw a clip of Sugar saying they could blindside Ace.  Then we see a clip of Sugar saying that everyone is voting for Crystal.  That could easily be that the Ace vote was planned...then he wins individual immunity, so plans had to change.

Should be an interesting episode, though I'm still opposed to stuff like this, because it keeps Fang in the game, numbers-wise, when they have no business being in the game.

If a tribe is self-destructing, I say let them burn.

Jim
