1. Animal House - no one can top...TOGA TOGA TOGA!!!! 2. Porky's - several scenes had me rolling in the floor especially the principal's office. One word - tallywhacker! 3. American Pie - you never look at apple pie the same way again. 4. Stripes - if only the military was like it was for Bill Murray. 5. Caddyshack - even if you don't like golf you'll love this movie. |

Oh my Charlie yes!!! The scene where the mother is wrapping the youngest up in his snow suit to go to school and he's so bundled up that he can't put his arms down. (I can relate to that growing up in winter in Pennslvania) And then when they are walking to school he can't keep up with his brother and he falls down and can't get up. And the boy who gets his tongue stuck to the frozen metal pole outside at school. After he is triple dogged dared. The whole "you'll shoot your eye out kid" routine and in the end he almost does. The one legged lamp the father wins in a contest and puts it in the front window. And every single time the youngest boy says his brothers name Raaalphieee! It's just something about how he says it, that just kills me. The narration is what makes the movie and it just has a nostalgic feel to it that brings back a lot of memories. Sorry I didn't mean to get so carried away, but I just love, love that movie! But you know the saying, different strokes. And I think I'm going to go watch it again right now! lol |

Ginger, I agree "A Christmas Story" is a classic and a wonderful comedy. I love the scene when they are at the chinese restaurant for Christmas dinner and the staff starts singing Deck the Halls...it gets me everytime. Also the kids perspective upon seeing the department store Santa. I have seen it at least 20 times and still enjoy it everytime. |

How about "Office Space"? I loved it when that guy just up and decided he did not want to go to work anymore. Then, his company promotes him. |

The last really funny movie that my husband and I went to see that made us LOL was "Somethings Gotta Give". Romantic comedys are my favorite and my all time favorite is "The Goodbye Girl". |

One of my *new* favorite comedies is-- 50 First Dates. Very funny movie, I have seen it 3 times now and have laughed out loud over and over. Sean Astin and Rob Snyder were both hilarious, if you haven't seen it and you like romantic comedies this is a good one. Also Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler were great together in this film, they really have good chemistry. |

WOW - You all tackled great movies all that are hilarious !!! 50 First Dates was very funny !! If you liked Porky's - you would like Hollywood Knights (stars a very young Tony Danza & Michelle Pfeffier..spelling??). Some jokes as Porky's. I also love Spaceballs. There is something about the bathroom scene in "Dumb & dumber" that cracks me up and when Chevy Chase in "Christmas Vacation" says Danny f-ing Kay and goes on the rant about his boss...it brings a tear to my eye I laugh so hard. But....One of my favorites is "Airplane" with Leslie Neilson. Oh my that movie kills me everytime !!!! |

Grumpy Old Men with Jack Lemmon and Walter Matthau Tootsie with Dustin Hoffman Who wouldn't love the classic "A Christmas Story". It wouldn't be Christmas without it!! "You'll shoot your eye out" I also think Napolean Dynamite is hysterical. Every where you go people are wearing the t-shirts or quoting a line from the movie.... |
