My Milkshake 1 dozen eggs 1 cup Rum 1 cup brandy 2c Bourbon or Rye 1 gallon + 1 quart vanilla ice cream Beat 6 eggs plus 6 yolks thoroughly. Add the liqours, slowly: whip. Add in the ice cream.Beat 6 egg whites until stiff and fold into the ice cream mixture. Float 1 pint of ice cream, in a brick, on top of the pucnh when you're ready to serve.
