I wish I had retail commissions!  Our owner tells us that the profits pay for our customer service (coffee, food spreads, etc) :O(

 

I think I would be more motivated to sell products if I had commissions.  I do sell products usually only when customers request advice about something or just ask... 

 

I begin with telling them sometimes about which shampoo I am using and why........or when I am adding something to their hair, I will talk about it and then hand them the bottle so they can see it.

 

If I were a salon owner, I would try and give 10-15% commission.
