Just expanded and opened a full service salon in lakeland. Seems like Hair Stylists are HARD to come by. Always looking for someone to come joinmy salon. I have been in the business for 30 years, and still love it very much! Not a lot of people can say that about their job! But this has never feltlike a job to me. I love going to work and seeing my clients and putting a smile on their face. I love knowing that we as fellow hairstylists can make a difference in someone's life, even if it means just fixing a hair out of place or a whole makeover! Sometimes I think we forget just how much our work really means to others, how much 'they' look forward to seeing us at the end of their busy workday, they can relax and read a magazine, have a glass of wine, vent to us about how bad a day they had and we listen. We are just as valuable to them as they are to us. So "CHEERS" to all of you out there who have experienced this from time to time or everyday! Let your clients know how much you appreciate them!
