Hair Color Help : Hilite on white and grey hair with bleach?

If I use bleach on someone who is completely White and Grey headed (more white than grey) Will it turn the hair blonde?  I have client who would like to have this done.  I'm wondering if anyone has ever done this before. I use the Italy color line. So, I'll be using Italy bleach... Any advice would be great.

Yes, bleach will turn grey hair blond. More of a yellowish though. I prefer not to use bleach on white hair, color works just fine, because it will deposit pigment perfectly.

I would not use bleach because thats used to lift
color out and if there is no color then why use it? I
would just deposit a light blonde.

Color her white hair to a level 8 0r 9  then foil ..or hi light and low light with color. Drew
