My boss has recently mentioned changing the color line we use. She is not including the stylists in her discission...Does this seem odd to anyone else? She keeps talking about how the rep can get the color line in for such a sweet price.

It sounds a little inconsiderate...what line is it? Have you tried it before? Maybe it will end up being a change for the better.

We currently use goldwell and I don't know the name of the line she is considering...the rep brought in one tube and she used it on a client and she said it was similar. Wouldn't you get a few colors and try the line on all different types of hair???

It would be wise to try the colour out on more people. This new colour might not be any good in the long run.

do you booth rent or not...if she pays you then you have to go with what she chooses.  We use Paul Mitchell / I have used in the past wella, clairol, joico, socolor, framesi, swartkopt, and like the PM much better, although the wella is good too.
