well I'm sure you assumed, but I meant foil in BLEACH over the color...lol. it is a little messy, but with some practice it's actually easier then foiling dry hair. It's easier to control the hair, and get the even sections that you want...
****another neat thing to do is--after you've applied the full color on the head, take a salt shaker filled with bleach powder and sprinkle just the powder over the color. The developer in the color is enough to activate the powder so you get a sparkley effect. Very cool, but I'll warn you that your clients will think you're nutty. :D
