If a client requests color correction, and let's say that in theory, the ideas we have would work, but know that store bought boxes of color could contain metallic dyes that won't lift. Could anyone tell me which box colors do contain metallic dyes, so I know not to even attempt them...being that supplies needed to correct are limited? And also, could you give me some situations where YOU yourself would NOT even attempt if you generally consider yourself a good colorist? Thanks, I look forward to any input from anyone!
