About five months ago I decided to lighten parts of my hair.  My hair was virgin hair and I wanted to try something different.  I lightened the whole perimeter of my hair about a half an inch thick.  It was lightened to a level eight or nine.  Now I lightened throughout my hair what I call peek a boos of blonde.  I want to color my hair either a deep red or a chocolate brown that is real rich but dark.  Im not sure what treatment needs to be taken with my blondes on my face so that it doesnt grab the color horribly or not grab the color at all.  What is the best way to go and what color do you think I should do.  My complexion is medium fair...
