Im not familiar with socolor,is it permanent color? I would eliminate the N completely. especially on mid-ends. And use a higher volume on there as well. What is her natural base? if its 4 or below, your not using a high enough volume. once you get her to the desired color, use a demi on her mid-ends. hope this helps!
