I hate it when people come in sick and cough in my face while I'm shampooing and don't even say their sorry,I have one lady that does this to me alot.I know this one Stylist who has a sign up saying not to come in when you are sick but I don't have the nerve to do that and don't even mind if they are a little under the weather but I'm talking fevers,Ruth

Oh I agree! Some people actually say "I have a bad cold, so I needed to get my hair cut to feel better." What nerve, we're people too!  Have some consideration!

Every time we have a sick client come in we are at the risk of not only getting what he/she has, but giving it to other clients who bring it home to her/his family and then they give it to their friends, etc.  We should not be ground zero for someone's cold or flu.  Send a client packing, in a nice way, and reschedule when she/he is not sick.  It's not worth it to infect a massive amount of people because you don't feel like you can turn away someone sick.  On that note, often people are most contagious when they are just starting to get symptoms.  Hi-level everything in sight if a sore throat or muscle aches are mentioned by anyone.  Take your vitamins and wash those hands more than you would think possible.  We have a responsibility to our clients to not be spreading crud around.
