We have 5 stylist. My manager has given 2 of them 2 wks. vacation at the same time???? Do the math 5-2 is 3... 3 stylist left? I'm working a ton of hours (which i love cuz that means more$$$) but, geez then she's going to complain about it? WTH?? We have been soooo busy lately and now she goes and does this. Whatever, but i'm going to kindly tell her to keep her complaining to herself. She's the one who approved them. Sometimes i wonder if she's truly qualified to be a manager? Her scheduling abilities suck! And she can not ever get the order right either. shhhessssh
Thanks for listening.

Yes I can believe it! lol This kind of sounds like my job. More than one stylist isn't allowed to take a vacation at the same time, and yet I've seen it happen. Even with new employees who just started out and planned her vacation before she started working there. It just happened to be at the same time someone had a valid vacation coming up. The best excuse I've heard is that "well, she was hired that way". I was sure to bring that up when I was asked to reschedule my vacation because it conflicted with someone else's. But you're right, it just means more money for you, and the respect from clients that you're responsible, and that you're there when needed.

Yes, it's regis. One thing I miss about being short handed is the money. We're kind of overstaffed right now, but the busy season is coming up. You have a great easter too, hope to hear from you soon!
