Hi! I was going to quit my job and work with another salon. My boss doesn't want me to leave and she wants me to stay and she was offering me 70%. So I had to think about and called my new boss. She said if I work right now with her and she will also me 70% too. I thought Woah! she wants me back. They were competed and fighting each other. The next day my boss said why don't you try 2 days there and 2 days here for a month and she offered me 75%com. I thought oh no again. The high commission I ever had but there is no walk-ins and bad location. Over there is good walk-ins and good location. I don't know what to do. Should I work both salons and give a try for a month?
