My Boss brings her 3 yr. old child to work. I'm not a big fan of children, I don't have any of my own, so it's hard for me not to get frustrated when she's going through the stuff at the salon and asking for this and that. My patience runs really thin. Today she was there for 6 hours. She cries and pee's her pants for her mother's attention. One time I was asked to 'entertain' her while my boss did her clients hair! ( I did not have a client at the time.) I just don't think it's professional that she brings her first off and second it's embarrassing to hear her yelling across the salon at her daughter. It doesn't happen everyday but atleast once or twice a week. Has anyone gone through this.. And how do you guys feel about this? I feel like there isn't much I can say being that it's just the boss and I that work together. Today was just one of those days I couldn't wait to get home. If anyone has handled this situation before please send some advice.. I'm pretty fed up! |
