I would lose my mind! Chances are if it disturbs the staff, it disturbs the clients. How's business? Have you noticed a decrease in clientel? Take note and write it down. If this has been happening for a few months now, it will definitely show up in the books. Take a look. If you notice that over....let's say....the last 3 months that business is down, let your employer know. Explain to her how you feel; tell her that your clients will quit coming if she continues to bring her child to work. If you lose your clients, she loses you. Hey, a slight exageration on the truth hasn't killed anyone.
