Yes, I'm still there, and things were going better for a while, and we had more than a full staff! Then, as soon as summer hit, we're now down 2 more, one that moved back to Florida, and one that took a medical leave. What's making it really hard now, is that the manager's husband just passed away on Sunday, and she had to take off for a few weeks. I'm trying to help her as much as possible with helping taking care of the shop and keeping her from worrying, and somehow I have to put in a shop order over the weekend, and I know it's going to be busy. Once the manager and the stylist on medical leave come back, things should run more smoothly. Thanks for asking by the way! |
