Hi, guys it's been awhile since I've been here and have to say I do agree. I'm bad at closing the deal i love the prodcuts I use and I tell the cleint about it but I forget to ask them about it even your regulars. For me personally I know that part of the problem it that I booth rent so the client comes in we do the service set up the next appointment and pay for the services all at my station and then some times the don't even go up front to leave. I also get in the habit of not walking up to the front with them because I want to clean and sweep up to get ready for my next client. So we do need to make that effort to make sure they get from us. Also AQUAGE is by far the best styling line I've used, i love it!!! . |
