| First your manager was wrong, obviously you know this cause you still have your job. We cannot terminate for one time offenses. It has to keep recurring over and over again and documented each time. Also as far as breaks are concerned my stylists have to make sure its ok with me to take one. I make sure each one gets their break. The reason is so that they're taken diplomatically. A girl that comes in two hours after another shouldnt take a break before the girl that came in earlier.Also they cannot do any salon duties whatsoever while clocked out. Glad you have a good area rep to talk to you and not push you off. Marla |
