Yes! I had a very hard time in school because of that. It was a small school with one teacher, and not only didn't she help, but she would also talk about everyone behind their backs, putting us down. I needed alot of help, and was picked on all the time. Teachers are suppossed to be supportive, otherwise they shouldn't be in the business. I got through it, and besides that, most of the real help I got was working in salons. Yeah it did suck, but to me, beauty school was just a small part of my career that I needed to get my license. |
