I know you love Hair Cuttery, and you don't want to make another move, but you have to do what you have to do. I remember you told me you would try Smartstyle just once if all else failed. I agree that it sucks that you're not being compensated for doing what you love. I also agree with what Drew said about thoughts becoming things...so channel your thoughts positively. This change in circumstance where you work just might be a little push telling you it's time to move on, nothing lasts forever, and we sometimes have to roll with the changes, but it's not always a bad thing. You have nothing to lose right now to change salons again, see what happens, but think nothing but good thoughts. |
