These are great ideas for someone who owns their own salon, or who work for a very flexable employer. When you work for a corporation, there is nothing you can do except network with the area. Corporations have very strict rules and policies, which apply to every salon, and aren't open to ideas. I know that the original poster works for Hair Cuttery. It's not for lack of wanting to try harder, it's just that you're limited in these situations. |
