Hi Linda they are beautiful dogs both of them. I signed the petition but a man down the street that moved in with his mother has one now. I was walking my missy one day and the pit was on the porch and they saw me comming and put him/her in the house. The lady walked over and told me this dog would kill another dog.  He was loose on the porch. they were there but my husband  walked Missy yesterday and it charged the fence. the people I might ad are very responisble and do not leave their dog out alone. They got their dog immdeialty and we carry a big stick. it is a shovel handel with a hole drilled in to the handle and a leather strap to hold it. I will not be going that way anymore but i can and will protect my dog if i have too. They are not all like that and this dog is nice with people but almost got ahold of the neighbors lab who ran up to that fence. a friend of mine on the other hand had one and he was sweet to people and animals. I think this is a fighing breed but I don't want to see people lose pets. I do not feel comfortable with this dog in my neighborhood though. I do not trust it. take care sincerley, Denise and Missy
