Vitamins A, D, E and K are fat soluble
- A - for Skin
- D - for healthy Bones
- E - is the antioxidant vitamin
- K - is the blood clotting vitamin
Liver is a excellent food for these vitamins
B Group and C are water soluble vitamins
- B - are for healthy muscle, skin and blood
- C - stress, antioxidant
Carnivores can make their own Vitamin C but lately we are suspecting that they may not be making enough especially in stressful situations
