Copper, 6yr old male shih tzu, has recently developed an egg size knot above his right leg and a marble size on the left about the same place, just other leg. He eats,drinks,potty,runs,jumps,plays,etc..as usual. I took him to the vet on Friday. They drew blood and were going to run a test on his organs and then do a biopsie. On Saturday the vet call @ 11am and said everything looked good. So we would do the biopsie this Thursday. Then again at 9pm Saturday and and wanted to see him on Monday (1/21) and now he wants to do blood work and a liver panel. So guess I'll find out something maybe by Monday afternoon or Tuesday. I have read that they have health problems with chronic hepatitis and liver shunts in DOGFANCY Magazine. Just wanted to know if anyone else had heard of anything like this.
