Can I use your art on my website or to make tag signatures/tubes/stationary?
YES!!! You don't need to email me to ask permission, I'm not testy about that like some artists. I don't have the time to reply to every one of you though (I get tons of these requests), and I hate the thought of sending out a form letter! So, read through the following, and THEN if you still have a question, go ahead and ask. FYI, if you email me without reading this, I'll likely not respond.
Here are the conditions:
Link back to www.darienart.com, and list somewhere that I am the artist if you are displaying my work on your page. If you are making tags or tubes, please imbed the copyright information (Darien Gerke © 2004, www.darienart.com) in the graphic. If you have to resize, do proportional ones, and don't do paint-overs.
If you want to show me what you've done, that would be wonderful, I would love to see what you come up with! Just make sure you're virus-free and email me it.
This all applies to non-profit work, of course. I get majorly peeved when people try to make money off pirated versions of my work. So don't do it, heh, or I'll sic the legal system on ya!
