Taken from Website - May 2, 2006 - Change in Terms of USE

Q: Can I use your work for signature tags and PSP tubes?
A:   There seems to be some misunderstanding about my terms of use for non profit groups etc.  I cannot allow the use of 3D cards, even for non profit.  There cannot be any download for cutting sheets or any other paper products.      I still allow the use of my art for signature tags and tubes, at least for now.
I require a link to my website and also an obvious copyright mark on the piece itself.  It is in violation of an artist's copyright to use artwork for profit without a licensing agreement.  If you would like to use my images on personal sites, or those with poetry etc... (non profit only), that is fine.  Personal tattoos are also ok, as long as the images are not for sale.  I require a link and a copyright mark on these as well.  Thanks to all the people who are aware and respectful of the artists rights!
