Term Changes - Site has AC which we can't use with a link

Q: Do you allow tubing and/or adding animations, sparkles, etc?
A: That's fine, HOWEVER, I do NOT allow distribution of my artworks that are simply tubed for other people's use. To clarify, you cannot take an artwork, tube it and just give it to groups so they can make tags. If you're going to use my art, please have to courtesy to do the tube work yourself.

right in the middle of the page there is a new Signature Tag FAQ, click on that and there it is.

   It doesn't say anywhere about not being able to use the ones you already have, just that from now on no sharing of tubes, you have to tube your own.

   I have his permission to tube his art, and while I can tube and tag it for myself still, I cannot share the tubes thru any groups anymore.
