I normally have no problems with people using my pictures as avatars, as long as a small credit and link to my website, http://kathy100.com , is including in a sig. The one exception to this is for avatar pictures in places where the art is assumed to be yours...such as at DeviantART, GFXartist, etc.~. For larger pictures, like in sigs or skins, I don't mind people using my pictures, as long as a "© Kathy100.com" is included on the picture.
