Can I use your images on my website?

I do permit nonprofit use of my work, for more information see the permission rights posted.

1. Your group must be a "not for profit" or "nonprofit" group. If you accept any form of payment on your site you may not use any of my work.
2. You may not manipulate or collage my work with other artist's work.
3. Manipulation of my work in any form is not allowed. This includes creating animation or tubes using my work.
4. Any reproduction or copying of my work or this website is strictly prohibited without my express consent, whether the purpose is for sale, resale or nonprofit.
5. Misrepresentation of my work as created by yourself, your company or any other person or group is strictly prohibited.
6. "Copyright Linette Oates" and "www.paperfairys.net" must accompany the work.
7. Please place one of my banners on your site and link it to http://www.paperfairy.net

I've seen illegal use or unauthorized copies of your artwork. What should I do?

Commissions

I do take on a few commisions on a limited basics. Commissions are not restricted to the fantasy genra. I can also do traditional realistic portraits, book illustrations, concept art, pet portraits, still-lives, and landscapes. For information about commissions please click here.
