Artwork obtained via free download from the tallamygraphics.com store can be redistributed to other non-profit hobbyists for purpose of sharing or gifting. They can never be redistributed for downloaded from other sites or download sites! This "sharing" amongst friends/groups only pertains to the free art and the free art is only 7 jpg images. They are not png or PSP tubes.
Even obtaining free art, every user must obtain and use a valid user agreement! This is how I know who is using the art, and if I or someone else sees the art being used without a user number on it, then we know the art was taken illegally! Exception to this rule is Women of Strength and Inner Beauty website who are using my artwork in their sisters' garden.
If you purchased artwork through CILM, and still wish to use it, you cannot, per CILM terms, use the user agreement number in place of the previous license number on your designs. You can still use your designs, if you created them by purchasing my art between February 27, 2007 and September 21, 2007. Many of my artworks are available that CILM never released. (Yes, free ones available, too!)
For the art that was sold at CILM and now I am selling: You do not have to purchase the same artwork again. Simply use your CILM license for those arts you already have bought from CILM.
And whatever you buy from me directly, use your Tallamy user agreement ID# on those artworks.
