I will almost always give permission for you to use my art for use on your website, for the creation of Outlook Express Stationery, Incredimail Stationery and the creation of websets, signature tags, tubes and other webgraphics as long as they are intended to be  used on a non-profit basis.  These  images are not to be sold in any form and must be available for free.

Please do not distort my artwork, and leave the image to be shown in its context, as my artwork means something to me and there is a reason why I created it the way I did. Please respect this.

All the images must be embedded with my copyright name and URL like this:

If you wish to use my work for a commercial purpose on your products, please get in touch to license my work.

Once you have used my work and uploaded it to your site you must also add a clearly visible copyright with my name and a link to my website on the page where my work is displayed , for which you can create your own graphic or use one of my banners or  buttons that you can find here.

MSN GROUPS: Because I get inundated with requests from MSN graphics groups, it is simply impossible to answer each and every one of these emails. Please obide by my rules above and feel free to use my work for your fun non-profit graphics creations.

If you come across my work in galleries on Deviant Art, please report this, as I do not have a gallery on there and those that publish my work as their own on that website will be banned from Deviant Art immediately.
