Terms as taken from the website There are many questions concerning the usage of Stacey's art, so we have compiled a list of the many ways her images may be used

If the following guidelines are followed exactly, you do not have to ask for permission.

PERSONAL WEB PAGES:

Stacey's images may be used on non-profit web sites providing the following:

1) A link is provided on the same page as the image saying "Artwork by Stacey Tippin © 2006. www.staceytippin.com" that links directly to Stacey's website www.staceytippin.com.

2) The image must be left intact. Proportional sizing is acceptable, as well as cropping as long as the integrity of the image is preserved.

3) DO NOT direct link images from this web site! Please download the images and place them on the hosting server of your web site.

4) We reserves the right to request the removal of any images used on sites that are pornographic, racist, sexist, or offensive in nature.

DESKTOP WALLPAPER:

Feel free to use any images to decorate your computer, but please do not distribute them in any way.

WEB GRAPHICS:

- Web sets -

Permission is given for Stacey's art to be used as web sets that are non-profit ONLY in the following way:

1) For each set that uses one of Stacey's images, we require credit saying "Artwork by Stacey Tippin © 2006. www.staceytippin.com and a link directly back to us at www.staceytippin.com. Please make it clear to the people using your web sets that they must provide credit to Stacey as the artist.

2) Stacey's art may be edited by cropping or resizing, as long as the integrity of the piece is kept intact. Any distortion of shape, color, or content is not permitted.

3) Embellishments, such as glitter, sparklies, borders, and picture frames may be added to the artwork. Have fun!

- Blinkies -

Blinkies may be made of Stacey's artwork, as long as artist credit and a link back to this site www.staceytippin.com is given directly where the blinkie is displayed.

- Dollz/Globes/Awards -

We welcome the use of Stacey's art in this venue, but we ask that name credit and a link back to us be provided under each creation every time the image is used and posted on-line.

- Signature Tags-

Stacey's artwork may be used for signature tags, provided there is credit given on the signature itself saying "www.staceytippin.com". A link back to this site must be provided, either through the signature tag itself or in a text link beneath the signature tag.

OTHER PURPOSES:

- Tubing -

We regret that Stacey's artwork may not be used for tubing at this time

- Profit usage for logos, stationary headers, business cards-

A flat usage fee of $100.00 is requried for any one that wishes to use Stacey's artwork for business purposes. You will receive by email an image usage contract for your records and a print quality file of the artwork for the usage fee. Note that the purchase of an image for this reason must be for non sale-able, promotional use ONLY.

Stacey encourages others to enjoy her art, and she loves to see the creative ways it can be put to use. That said, please respect her work as an artist by adhering to the Copyright laws as outlined in the following links:

USAGE FOR PROFIT AND COMMERCIAL VENTURES:

If you are interested in using Stacey's work for business or commerical products that inclue for-sale items, logos, etc. must contact us with the details of their proposed project at [email protected]. We will review the project and, if appropriate for us, will respond with a proposed contract and royalty rate.

You may ONLY use Stacey's art on any commerical products once you have a written, signed contract along with the agreed-upon royalty rate. We reserve the right to either accept or reject licensing offers at our sole discretion.
