Do not Share IMPORTANTLY! Please read! New additive to 11.08.2007 Dear Creddyfriends, since I sold all my rights to mobile contents (cell phone logos, animations, wallpaper, themes, in short anything to do with cell phones), it's no longer allowed to offer the above for download on your own website or to redistribute. Nothing changed for your own private use. The same applies to the 3-D sheets. You can make the sheets for your own use but you CANNOT offer these on your website for download or for sale.
Attention! Violation of these terms is punishable by law!
1.) Can I use Creddy bears for sign tags, stationeries, e-cards, globes etc.?
In general, you can use creddy bear tubes on anything for private use. As long as you don’t make any money with the bears, you can use them. 2.) Can I forward creddy tubes? 2No, please don´t forward them!
Can I forward creddy tubes? 3.) Am I permitted to use the creddy bears in clubs to make tags? If course you can use it in clubs, too, as long as you are not selling your products with the bears on it. 4.) Do I need a special permit to use creddy bears? No, the rules stated here are for everybody. 5.) May I print the tags, stationery etc. that I made with creddy bears and give them to friends and family? Of course! As long as you don’t sell it and it is a gift, there is no problem. 6.) On my website, can I offer creddy bears for download? You are allowed to offer up to 40 creddy bears on your own web page if you link them to the main page www.creographix.at 7.) Are Creddy bears related to Tatty teddy? No, they aren’t related. Creddy bears are my own creation and I removed all the tubes I made in the beginning based on Tatty Teddy from my website. If you are using Creddy bears that are not offered for download from my website, please destroy them immediately! 8.) Do I have to link the tags, stationery etc I made with Creddy bears to your webpage? It’s not necessary but also not against the rules. 9.) Do I have to put a copyright of Creographix on my work (tags, letters etc) every time? No, you don’t have to. All Creddy tubes have a small watermark and if you make something with the tube, the watermark is already on your finished work. But I’m not going to be mad if you want to put a © on it voluntarily. |
